SKIS acknowledges the value of human resources for successful business and is involved in partnership with other renowned institutions within the field of HRM.

We actively took part in the research conducted through projects IDO Primorske and INODEL in order to make a complete analysis of the appearance of:

  • stress,
  • fluctuation,
  • absenteeism,
  • burnout.


Based on the results of the research, implications and instructions were given to the employers in order to help them improve workplace conditions.

Moreover, we were actively engaged in informing workforce about stress, how to deal with its negative effect and how to balance career and family. In order to inform interested public conferences and lectures were executed.

Through both projects we tried to help employees find the best ways to cope with stress and reach higher job satisfaction, which is also beneficial for employers since it has positive influence on productivity and performance.
